I’ve been a licensed NC Real Estate sales agent since 2004 and joined Jenkins Realtors as a broker in 2007. For the past eight years I have owned and operated a landscape business in Blowing Rock. My name is Jessica Clearwater, I am originally from Boynton Beach, FL, but moved to Kannapolis, NC at age 5 where I resided until moving to the High Country in 1995. I moved here to continue my Business Degree at Appalachian State University. After graduating I knew this was where I wanted to plant my roots. I met my husband, Mark Mason of Blowing Rock and decided after working several years in the Hospitality Business to move my career in a different direction. I have been in the Real Estate Business for over four years, beginning in Property Management and now Sales. With having worked in the rental business for several years, I have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to finding rental property, or a second home. TOM PICKARD
My career started in City Planning in Greensboro, NC which led me to the private sector in development and the construction industry. I later went out on my own in the development field with several projects in the Southern Pines / Pinehurst area. In 1988 I moved to the mountains and have been with Jenkins Realtors® ever since. The real estate business has been my first love for many reasons, but especially meeting people and developing new friends.
